Medikon Sexual Sciences, a wing of  MEDIKON  registered in 1973, was founded by Dr. Mahinder C. Watsa, a post graduate in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Paediatrics, now since 1973 exclusively practicing reproductive and sexual health and sexual medicine as a Sex Educator, Counsellor and Therapist.  As the Chief Consultant of the Bombay based Medikon Sexual Sciences, he is well respected as a resource expert and speaker not only in India but in many other countries of the World. He also organizes & conducts workshops and programmes on sexuality education and counselling including HIV/AIDS.

The Medikon Sexual Sciences Correspondence Course (Distance Education)  has trained, more than 2000 doctors from India and abroad, in Sex therapy and Counselling skills.
